Frequently asked questions

Is this a clinical test?

No. This is a self-awareness tool based on common RTO stressors — not a validated clinical instrument. If your answers land in the high band for two or more weeks, that is a signal to talk to a professional or your company's Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

What counts as a "high" score?

Scores range 10–50. 10–19 is low, 20–34 is moderate, 35–50 is high. The score itself matters less than the trend — check it again in two weeks and see whether it is moving up.

What should I do with the result?

Pick one concrete step: a 1:1 with your manager about the schedule (request email template), a desk and setup change (ergonomic recommender), or — if the stress persists — your EAP or a licensed therapist.

Where is my score history stored?

Only in your browser's LocalStorage on this device. Clear the site data and the history disappears. Nothing is uploaded to us or to your employer.
